Oh my, my health isn’t what it used to be.  I’ve got to make sure Hoss and Abby are taken care of when it’s my time to go.  Hoss has medicine he needs to take every day. Who can I trust to take care of them, Aunt Lisa? How will she provide for them until they pass away?
Have you often wondered what would happen to your pets when you pass away?  Wonder no further… set up a trust for Fido or Mittens.  Pet trusts are more common than what you may realize. A pet trust is a legal arrangement providing for the care and welfare of your pet(s) after you pass away.  How does it work?  You set aside funds to be used specifically for the care and maintenance of your pet(s).  The person(s) you choose will have the funds available to them to make sure your pet(s) are taken care of.
Interested in more?  Contact The Law Offices of Samantha K. Wolfe, LLC today by calling (717)655-2676 to schedule an appointment.  Your pet will be happy you did.
