Asset Protection Planning

At The Law Offices of Samantha K. Wolfe we meet with people everyday who have worked hard through their lives, have accumulated some assets, and what to ensure that hard work is passed on the their future generations. Part of our mission of providing mindful legal direction for you and your future generations means that we reinforce your estate plan with asset protection strategies. Whether you have a family farm, an in-law you want to exclude, or a child who needs some guidance while spending money, our office can design an asset protection plan to protect your future generations.

It is about protecting assets and your wealth.

At The Law Offices of Samantha K. Wolfe we call it asset protection planning. When you buy a house, you also purchase homeowner’s insurance, right? Asset protection planning is utilizing legal strategies to, in essence, purchase insurance.
The goal of asset protection planning is to minimize federal estate tax, Pennsylvania inheritance tax, income tax, and also protect your loved ones from any creditors in their lives. A creditor can be a spouse, a business creditor, a car accident, or a nursing home. You have the ability to protect those you love from situations or individuals they cannot control or do not foresee. Asset protection planning provides you peace of mind and your loved ones security to know that the assets are there for them when they need them.

Asset protection planning does not require millions of dollars. It could be a family home or farm that you want to protect. We help families with $200,000 and families with $30,000,000. All families value preserving their legacy, and we are so privileged to be able to help you. When we meet with you, we help you uncover your concerns and goals and then balance the tax and legal concerns to create an effective plan that protects your assets while allowing you flexibility to continue living your life.

We welcome the opportunity to discuss how we can protect your legacy.
