WAYNESBORO, PENNSYLVANIA, July 2020—Samantha K. Wolfe, Esquire, LL.M. in Taxation, is excited to announce the opening of her solo practice, The Law Offices of Samantha K. Wolfe, LLC, to serve Waynesboro, Pennsylvania and the surrounding region in the areas of estate planning, asset protection planning, long-term care pre-planning, Medicaid planning, special needs planning, business succession planning, and estate administration and probate.
Samantha has deep roots in the community having grown-up in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. She attended Penn State University and earned her Bachelor of Arts before attending Regent University School of Law to earn her juris doctor. After obtaining her law degree, Samantha pursued a legal masters in Taxation and graduated with an LL.M. in Taxation in 2009. Upon graduation, she worked at an elder law firm in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, Steinbacher, Goodall & Yurchak from 2010-2017, where she was the head of the wealth protection planning department.
While in law school, Samantha interned with LeRoy S. Maxwell, Jr. (Tucker) for two summers in the area of estate planning and administration and loved the community and the field of law, so when she moved back in 2017 to be closer to her family, she joined Maxwell Sipe Law Offices, LLC.
Samantha is a nationally published author through her multiple contributions to the book, Protect Your Legacy! What You Really Need to Know for the Second Half of Life. Furthermore, she is a co-author of the Fourth Edition of the Pennsylvania Trust Guide published by George T. Bisel Co, Inc., as well as a co-author of the 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021 annual supplements for the Pennsylvania Trust Guide. Samantha has presented continuing education instruction for multiple programs through the Pennsylvania Bar Institute including programs titled: A Fresh Look at FLPs; What Every Elder Law Attorney Needs to Know About FLPs; Estate Planning for Oil, Gas, and Mineral Interests; Succession Planning for Your Elder Law Client’s Family Owned Business; Asset Protection for the Middle Class; Your Guide to Elder Law; and Your Pennsylvania Trust Guide.
Samantha is excited that Tucker’s long-standing employees, Tamera Siegrist and Sandra Davis, and Amy Meek will be joining her at The Law Offices of Samantha K. Wolfe. Additionally, she is committed to continuing Tucker Maxwell’s legacy of helping those in her community through the practice of law and looks forward to serving Waynesboro and the surrounding areas.
