5 Fun Facts about Tammy
Like my wonderful boss Samantha, I too grew up in a family that housed four daughters to my incredible parents, Lois (Kisecker) Shull and the late William F. Shull. I am daughter number 2. We were so fortunate to have been taught good morals, respect for others, being positive and always doing the best that we could!
I am the mother of two awesome children, Stephen Caron and Maggie Adolini, with an added bonus of a step-son, Sean Siegrist. All three make me happy and very proud!
Between 1995 and 2000, I was a competitive natural bodybuilder. My last competition included a couple’s competition with my husband, Mark. While we placed 2nd, we were overwhelmed by many folks afterward indicating their 1st place choice would have been us. They sure warmed our hearts
I love antiquing with Mark. Most of the time we do not buy anything, but it is the thrill of the hunt that is very exciting and adventurous! Many times I find things my grandparents or parents or even I had growing up! Many times I will take pictures of those items and send to my mother or my sisters. We usually have a good laugh from a memory or two!
In 2003, unbeknowst to my fantastic husband Mark, I signed us up for ballroom classes. What could he say but OK! While my favorite dance is the Waltz, together we found a true passion in learning the Lindy Hop/Jitterbug. This dance took us on many fantastic and memorable adventures to include teaching youngsters and seasoned folks for 8 years. You may have seen our dance troupe as we volunteered numerous times to dance for residents in Retirement Communities, personal Care/Nursing Homes, Church Groups, class reunions, car shows, festivals and parades! We had a blast with our fun-loving dancers and miss them a lot. Along with the fun times with our dancers, I must say some of Mark’s and my individual unforgettable dance events were dancing on stage twice with the Hershey Big Band and again at a prestigious Gala event in Hershey, as well as dancing on stage with the Olney Big Band together with our awesome brother and sister duo. An added highlight was being asked to dance up on stage with “The Diamonds” – our hearts were racing – but we had a blast!
